PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi achieved the Bronze Winner and Team of The Year awards at OPEXCON 2024

Jakarta – OPEXCON 2024 event, a prestigious annual gathering organized by SHIFT Indonesia in collaboration with SSCX, once again took center stage as a platform for sharing innovation and best practices in the field of Operational Excellence. This year, the event, attended by various institutions from the private sector, public sector, and state-owned enterprises, showcased numerous leading projects that demonstrated the industry's commitment to operational efficiency.

PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi took home two awards: Winner of the Bronze Category and Team Favourite/Team of The Year 2024. The project presented this year, titled "Optimize Packaging Process for Diapet Caps 10s", featured a team consisting of Christophorus Aditya (Solid Production Manager), Jeremia Mehaga (Continuous Improvement Specialist), Heru Kurniawan (Maintenance Manager), and Cecep Subarnas (Solid Production Operator), who managed to capture the judges' attention.

This project demonstrated a significant positive impact on the company. Thanks to the innovations implemented, the Solid Production team successfully reduced manhours in the secondary packaging process of Diapet capsules, lowered operational costs, and increased production line efficiency. The production process became faster with a significant reduction in runtime, leading to an increase in dosage output.

OPEXCON 2024, held in Jakarta, continues to serve as an important platform for driving innovation in the field of Operational Excellence. The participation of PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi at this event highlights the importance of collaboration and operational transformation in addressing dynamic business challenges.
